MERGER UPDATE
As a follow up to our initial mailing to you advising that we are merging with Duesburys Gippsland, we can now advise that the names selected for the new firm are:
DMG FINANCIAL Pty Ltd
And
DMG Financial Planning Pty Ltd
Our firm is officially McMillans Gippsland (MG), and theirs is Duesburys Gippsland (DG) so this simply combines the two into DMG. The tag "Financial" recognises that the new firm will be all things financial (Accounting, Tax, Business Advisory services and of course, Financial Planning), so we see it as the perfect addition to the name.
Again in keeping with the merging theme, our new logo is a combination of those used currently by each firm. It is;
The official merger commencement date is still Monday, October 4th, and the location will be 67 Foster Street, Sale. The Accounting team relocate on that date and Financial Planning team will do so once some extensions are completed (hopefully early in 2011).
